What’s up?! How are you on this beautiful Monday morning?
I’m trying something new. I’ll call it Motivational Monday. Even though, everyone and their brother is posting similar stuff.

I do love motivational quotes, speeches, and stories. So, I’m going to put together some short podcasts and posts from what I’m studying or just from a thought that I can’t get out of my head.
Hopefully, this will help you approach your day and your week with a little more fire in your heart AND under your ass!
Today, think about your state, your mindset. Write a note on your hand or send yourself a reminder a few times a day to stop what you’re doing and think “what is my mindset right now”?
Am I focused on my goals? Am I sticking to the plan?
Psych yourself up throughout the day. Give yourself compliments (maybe don’t say them out loud though) and be thankful for the opportunity you have!
You do it when you’re at the gym right? You visualize. You see yourself completing a lift or a workout, then you do it. At least, I hope you have a similar approach. Hopefully, you’re psyching yourself up at the gym and not doubting yourself.
Try to be better aware of your inner dialogue and the story you are telling yourself throughout the day.
Are you cutting yourself down or building yourself up?
Are you saying “there’s no way” or are you saying “I CAN do this! I’ll find a way”.
Do this as much as you can stand, and I guarantee you, you’ll be better off for it. Emotional fitness is just as important as your physical fitness.
