Today, I’m talking with Eric Bach. His company is Bach Performance. You might know him from his work on T-Nation, Breaking Muscle or Muscle & Strength.

Eric’s specialty is making you look better naked. We’re talking less fat and more muscle. And this isn’t just for the guys, ladies we’re talking to you too!
