To my podcast guests, you’ve been so incredibly generous to talk about your personal struggles and give us all your best advice. I know it’s not easy to put it out there, failures and all, but you did. You do it every day for the people you serve, no matter how you feel. You show up ready to give your all. And I love you for that.

This is the first podcast I’ve put out in about three months. Honestly, I was thinking about stopping, but the idea didn’t set well with me. I love learning from my guests, discovering new tools and tactics, and sharing it all with you. It’s exciting and fun, so why not? The fun stuff is what makes us feel alive, right?

So with this episode, I’m featuring some clips from my previous guests and talking about what I’m planning on covering moving forward. It’s not going to change really, just more talk about what’s new in the fitness world.
