First I want to say thank you.
To those stopping by for the first time and the regulars, thank you for taking time out of your busy schedules to check out what’s going on here. I always love hearing from you guys. Leave me a comment below or shoot me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To my podcast guests, you’ve been so incredibly generous to talk about your personal struggles and give us all your best advice. I know it’s not easy to put it out there, failures and all, but you did. You do it every day for the people you serve, no matter how you feel. You show up ready to give your all. And I love you for that.
This is the first podcast I’ve put out in about three months. Honestly, I was thinking about stopping, but the idea didn’t set well with me. I love learning from my guests, discovering new tools and tactics, and sharing it all with you. It’s exciting and fun, so why not? The fun stuff is what makes us feel alive, right?
So with this episode, I’m featuring some clips from my previous guests and talking about what I’m planning on covering moving forward. It’s not going to change really, just more talk about what’s new in the fitness world.
Enjoy this little recap and come back next week to see what’s going on.
I’ll talk to ya again soon. Until then, get out there, have some fun, and Explore Your Fitness!
I’m not affiliated with these guys BUT I am a fan and I think both of these companies could make an awesome impact in your life. That’s why you’re seeing them mentioned now. I should mention that I’m not a doctor, and these products are not intended to treat, cure or prevent any disease. This is not intended as a substitute for advice from your physician or other health care professional.
These supplements are the result of years of meticulous Nootropics (supplements for your brain) research and are designed to give you increased energy, enhanced focus, clarity of mind, incredible memory, and improved sleep quality. So far I’ve tried ChemiLift, Intensify, and dREM Sleep.
I do believe we should get as many nutrients from our food as possible, but sometimes we all need that extra boost or edge from time to time. My attention span and focus have definitely increased. The biggest improvement I’ve noticed after about 3 weeks is that I’m waking up with more energy, and I’m remembering more dreams which I think I’ve heard is a good sign of sleep quality but cool either way. When I was a kid, I used to remember way more dreams. But anyway, I want to caution you that the dREM Sleep with the Magnesium and Tryptophan and Melatonin is some potent stuff. I love to get 8 to 9 hours of sleep, but that doesn’t always happen. So my suggestion is to take that no less than 9 hours before you plan on waking up. Otherwise it might not have worn off, and you could wake up feeling a little foggy. The Intensify at 3 pills per serving only has 100mg of caffeine. So you’re not going to get a crazy fast heart beat or energy crash like you might with other pre workouts. It’s designed specifically to enhance neuro-function. Which means Intensify is the first pre-workout supplement designed to get your brain prepared for maximum performance.
I know how dedicated these guys are at improving the way we move and how we feel when we move. Musclemud™ is the creation of MoovVital’s Co-Owner, Heather Terry.
Musclemud™ was created to treat tired muscles, better. While most of the topical recovery products on the market effectively treat pain using a topical analgesic such as menthol, none integrate the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Using century-old knowledge, only what mother nature provides and none of the fillers and preservatives she doesn’t, musclemud™ is specially formulated by a Chinese Herbalist for the modern athlete. Every herb is handpicked and dosed by an expert in the field who understands athletes, what your body needs for muscle recovery, and what plants work best synergistically to get you back in your sport, and on top of your game. We all know how much it sucks to be tight, sore or in any kind of pain. To learn more about MuscleMud head over to GetDirty.co.
